André Lewis Carter is a Navy veteran who writes fiction, poetry, essays, and plays in the urban sprawl of Portland, Oregon. His work has appeared in Soft Cartel, Page and Spine, and Down in the dirt Magazines. This is his debut novel. André’s one-act play, "Reaction," was staged at the Last Theater Conference in Valdez, AK.
